Shaquille O’Neal never minces a word when talking about his life.

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce still has a large decision looming on whether he is going to retire or play again next year.

INTRODUCING SHAQUILLE O'NEAL AS PRESIDENT OF REEBOK BASKETBALL

Shaq’s podcast, The Big Podcast, shared a clip of the exchange between Kelce and O’Neal as the big man urged Kelce to embrace his family life.

“My advice for you is if you are going to retire? Accept it. Enjoy your family, brother. I made a lot of dumbass mistakes to where I lost my family and I didn’t have anybody. That’s not the case for you, so, enjoy your beautiful wife. Enjoy your beautiful kids. And never dwell on what we had. What we had is what we got. You got the ring, people know who you are. Enjoy. Because again, I was an idiot. And I’ve talked about it a long time. I lost my whole family. I’m in a 100,000-square-foot house by myself.”

The Basketball Hall of Famer has admitted in the past to not being the “best partner” to his ex-wife, Shaunie, with whom he has four children.

Shaq initially filed for divorce from Shaunie Nelson in 2007, but the divorce was called off less than a year later. However, in 2009, Shaunie then filed for separation and their divorce was finalized in 2011.
