Looks like Dwayne Johnson will not be moving into the White House anytime soon.

The Rock revealed that he was approached by several political parties to ask if he’d consider launching a presidential bid in 2024.

Appearing on the first episode of Trevor Noah’s new “What Now?” podcast, the pair discussed a 2021 political poll that saw 46% of adults saying they’d back the 51-year-old’s campaign, should he launch one.

“That was an interesting poll that happened and I was really moved by that,” the “Black Adam” actor said.

“I was really blown away and I was really honored. I’ll share this little bit with you: at the end of the year in 2022, I got a visit from the parties asking me if I was going to run, and if I could run.”

Admitting that their faith in him was “a big deal” and “came out of the blue.”

“It was one after the other, and they brought up that poll, and they also brought up their own deep-dive research that would prove that should I ever go down that road [I’d be a real contender],” Johnson told Noah.

“It was all very surreal because that’s never been my goal. My goal has never been to be in politics. As a matter of fact, there’s a lot about politics that I hate.”

Johnson first floated the idea of a possible run in 2017, saying he would “100 per cent consider” launching a presidential bid.

And in 2021, he again restated that he would set his sights on the White House — if it’s “what the people want.”

However, in an interview with CBS Sunday Mornings in October 2022, he revealed that a presidential run was not in the cards.

“It’s off the table,” he said. Yes, it is off the table.”

The star wrestler-turned-Hollywood juggernaut said he’s shifting all of his focus to his role as a father.

“I will say this because it requires a B-side to this. I love our country and everyone in it,” Johnson said. “I also love being a daddy.”

“And that’s the most important thing to me is being a daddy, No. 1, especially during this time, this critical time in my daughters’ lives.”

The star is a proud dad to three. He shares his 22-year-old daughter Simone Garcia Johnson with his ex-wife, Dany Garcia.

The Rock shares seven-year-old Jasmine and five-year-old Tiana with his current wife, Lauren Hashian.

“I know what it was like to be on the road and be so busy that I was absent for a lot of years in my first daughter’s,” Johnson said last year.

“Growing up in this critical age at this critical time in their life, and that’s what the presidency will do. So my number one priority is my daughters. Sure, CEO sounds great. But the number one thing I wanna be is daddy. That’s it.”
