Well, a clip has gone viral in which the Argentine soccer icon is giving Mateo some lifelong advice in case the boy decides to be a professional soccer player.

In that clip which everybody has been talking about, it shows his child Mateo Messi reluctant to go to the Inter Miami academy to train. His mother Antonela Roccuzzo asked him whether he would want to train. Mateo said,”Yes, it is mandatory,”. This prompted the father to reply, “You can’t come just to play, you have to train to play”. In the documentary, Lionel Messi also discussed the pressure on his children to do well because of his reputation. However, he also makes the statement that they will need to have luck and also make sacrifices to make it possible.

Mateo Messi currently trains at the Inter-Miami Academy. There were also viral videos on social media that showed the Argentinian and his wife seeing their child play. This led to many fans predicting on social media that another Messi is going to dominate the world of soccer. The rivalry between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi has continued even after they have left Europe. But after their retirement, it looks like we could see a future rivalry between their children.
