Alexandra Daddario Buys $7.6 Million Hillside Mansion with Woodsy & Ethereal Vibe

White Lotus star Alexandra Daddario and her new husband Andrew Form have officially bought their second home together, Dirt reported.

The newlywed couple wrapped up the deal recently, and closed on the Brentwood home for $7.6 million. According to Dirt, the unique Allen Siple-designed home hit the market in February for a much higher price tag of $8.7 million.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home is unique for many reasons, the first being the remodel it underwent in ’90s to create a second floor to the home. According to the outlet, the renovation left the design feeling somewhat disjointed. Examples of some interesting design choices include the burnt yellow cabinets, red Japanese-style front doors and wall-to-wall carpeting in the master bedroom and bathroom.

This 5,000 square foot home also includes lucious gardens, a lagoon-style swimming pool, a canopy of eucalyptus trees and a detached three-car garage. To take in the views, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide the perfect window to the outside. (Dirt reports that on a clear day the Pacific Ocean is visible!)

Even though it’s a fixer-upper, there’s plenty of potential to this home! Check out some of the pictures from Daddario and Form’s new home below, and for more photos be sure to check out Dirt‘s coverage.

Hidden in the Gardens

Looking in from the outside, this home appears completely immersed in surrounding gardens and trees. A nature lover’s dream!

Vintage Kitchen

Though this space might be undergoing some serious changes in the hands of Daddario and Form, for now it’s definitely a ’50s style kitchen with the yellow cabinetry and brown-colored tiled floors.

A Book Lover’s Dream

Daddario and Form better have a collection of books of their own if they plan to keep this space this way. This library could probably fit hundreds of books and become a true at-home library.

Master Views

In the master suite, high wooden beams and the floor-to-ceiling wall are definitely the biggest highlights. The carpeted floors are not our favorite, but nothing a quick reno can’t fix.

Busy Bathroom

This master bathroom has a bit of everything: a dual vanity, carpeted floors, a skylight, an outside garden, and so much more.

In the Woods

Also a standout feature in this house is the expansive outdoor area that’s nestled right in the middle of trees. There’s nothing quite like fresh air at the end of a day’s work.

Lagoon-Style Pool

Looking over the estate is the lagoon-style pool. Given its Brentwood location, this pool could probably be used all year long.
