Alexandra Daddario is having a serious ~moment~ thanks to White Lotus and Mayfair Witches. But the 36-year-old just took a short timeout to hit up a British Vogue party and she was not screwing around in the wardrobe department.

Alex shared several BTS photos on Instagram of herself in her look for the night, which included a stunning strapless black dress with a high slit that showed off her toned legs.

First, there’s Alex in a doorway, posing next to some stairs, and hanging in a tub. Then, the final shot featured Alex taking a mirror selfie in high-waisted briefs and a matching bra that showed off her sculpted abs and strong legs.

People were all about it in the comments. “AMAZING ❤️,” wrote one, while another said, “You look fabulous.”

Alexandra told Women’s Health last year that she relies on acupuncture and hot yoga to help her feel good, along with sessions with celebrity trainer Patrick Murphy.

The two focus on back strengthening exercises for posture —think: exercises like dumbbell rows, dynamic bridges, and reverse flies—along with clamshells, Bulgarian split squats, and walking lunges, to help build booty muscles. Alexandra doesn’t take it easy in the gym, either. “She puts in the work and never looks for shortcuts,” Murphy shared.

Alexandra also said she’s all about getting outside and loves to go for trail hikes or swims in the ocean. “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she said.

Skiing is in the mix, too. Alexandra casually dropped photos on Instagram of herself tackling some big slopes in Montana in December.

Alexandra told Women’s Health back in 2017 when she was prepping for Baywatch that Murphy helped her get cut for the movie. Together, they worked out five days a week, doing hour-long, high-intensity workouts using free weights, sliders, TRX straps, resistance bands, and BOSU balls.

They also did tons of ab workouts, which she said she hated. Still, Alex added, “For the first time in my life, I have real abs!” (Alex said she’s since scaled back on those high intensity workouts.)

On the food front, Alex starts her day with a cappuccino with almond or oat milk, followed by yogurt and fruit or egg whites with spinach and toast for breakfast.

Lunch is a turkey sandwich with cheese, mustard, and mayo, and dinner is often a bowl of pasta with vegetables and olive oil or, when she’s home, steak and fresh vegetables or a hearty soup.

And, when she has the evenings off, she and her husband tend to drink wine and play chess. “It’s our version of a night out at the club,” she said. “We’re gonna get a little wild, open a bottle of wine, and fight over chess.” Yesss.
