KHLOE Kardashian’s fans have shared shocking photos of the star apparently looking toothless.

The 39-year-old’s eagle-eyed followers noticed that she looked different in a confessional in The Kardashians season finale.

Towards the end of the episode, Khloe’s sister Kourtney and her husband Travis Barker announced at their gender reveal party that they were having a boy.

Khloe admitted to the cameras straight afterward that she was shocked at the news.

“I am shocked. I thought it was a girl!” she exclaimed.

The reality star was wearing a tight black bodysuit with zip-down detail and styled her hair in a voluminous updo.

She emphasized her plump pout with nude lipstick and plenty of lipliner.

Viewers were taken aback by Khloe’s appearance, claiming that it looked like she was missing several teeth.

One wrote on Reddit: “The lip filler makes them all look toothless.”

Another added: “It does genuinely look like she’s missing several teeth.”

Others speculated that Khloe has had further surgery on her nose.

One commented: “Her most recent nose job, shortened the tip of her nose quite severely.

“Now the distance between her nose, and the top lip is larger than ever before, which is why it gives such uncanny valley vibes.”

She has faced plenty of speculation over her changing face and body in the past.

In June 2021, the mother of two confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox.

“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nose job!” she said during the KUWTK reunion.

“Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me!

“You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

Last April, the Hulu star denied claims that she had butt implants.

After she shared a video of herself working out in skintight leggings, one fan commented: “Omg u can see her implants when stretching.

“[The second] layer of her bum on top of her bum [sic].”

Khloe clapped back at the comment, insisting the crease in question was down to the style of the seam in her leggings.

The reality TV star replied: “Lol silly goose. It’s the seam design of the leggings. that’s so funny ha!

“You guys just want to believe anything bad,” alongside a laughing emoji.
