The flashback was of Kim earlier in her reality TV career before she underwent her rumored plastic surgeries.

Fans pointed out the star’s apparent makeover in the comments.

“She doesn’t even look like the same person,” one fan wrote, while a second called her appearance “horrifying.”

The Hulu star rocked a skintight tan halter dress with her newly dyed buttery blond hair falling down her back.

Fans dissected her look in another online thread.

“Oh she’s going full botched,” one person wrote.
