50 Cent has been in a relationship with Cuban Link for a few years now, and his girlfriend’s latest teaser suggests that things might be about to get even more serious for the couple.

In a video posted Saturday (April 15), Cuban (real name Jamira Haynes) walks down a hallway arm-in-arm with the G-Unit mogul wearing nothing but a see-through white dress and a black thong one-piece bodysuit.

In the background, a song with the lyrics “You don’t know what love is/ And I need you to know…” plays as the scene cuts to the former athlete recording Fif live on stage at a performance.

The camera then pans to Cuban’s left ring finger that appears to be purposely sticking out, where a huge diamond sits sparkling in the light. The accompanying caption is ambiguous, featuring a white heart emoji and a lock emoji, suggesting that the pair might be about to become Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Jackson.

Almost immediately, speculation began to swirl about 50 Cent’s newfound relationship status, with actor Julissa Bermudez commenting “you guys!” with a heart-faced emoji, which many commenters took as congratulations to the couple.

Other famous commenters followed suit, with singer-songwriter Marsha Elle, BMF actor Erica Pinkett, and supermodel Afiya Bennett all sending their best wishes.

But one commenter suggested that things aren’t what they appear to be on the surface. “If they were in your close friends they would really know what’s going on – LOVE YALL,” wrote fitness model Yocairys, though she didn’t elaborate further on what she meant despite follow-up comments asking her to clarify.

If Yocarirys’s comment is, indeed, true, it wouldn’t be the first time Cuban Link matched her man’s trolling abilities.

On February 26, she took to TikTok to try to fool the G-Unit mogul, and it didn’t go the way she thought it would.

“Baby,” she said to him, who replies off camera: “What?”

“This boy be in my DMs saying I’m preeeetty,” she tells him.

“In your DMs saying what?” 50 asks, sounding a little puzzled.

“He say I’m pretty,” she answers.

Cuban Link doesn’t get the reaction she was most likely hoping for, however, as 50 bluntly replies: “Good! Get knocked out,” prompting a surprised laugh from his model/entrepreneur girlfriend.

A follow-up prank, however, fared a little better. In March, Cuban Link took to her Instagram page to flaunt a series of photos showing her stepping out in a scantily-clad outfit.

“She my lil vibe, she my lil ah ah ah,” she captioned the post, referencing lyrics from Nicki Minaj’s new single “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.”

If catching 50 Cent’s attention and making him slightly jealous was Haines’ goal, then her post worked a charm as the G-Unit boss commented: “[eyes emoji] what is you doing out side the house? [raised eyebrow emoji] i’m telling lucy.”

But the pair, who have been linked since at least 2019, have also gone through their share of ups and downs.

In May 2021, after Fif’s former flame Vivica A. Fox remarked that the Power executive producer was “the love of her life,” Cuban Link hopped in The Shade Room‘s comment section to leave a snarky remark about Fox’s interview.

“Awwww,” she wrote alongside a tiny violin and a heart-face emoji. The violin represents the common euphemism someone gives to another person along with a look of total pity, as a musical accompaniment to someone’s whining.

Then in November 2021, 50 Cent flexed his trolling muscle when he slandered his girlfriend’s cooking skills, remarking that her Thanksgiving meal was less than stellar. Sharing a photo of a burnt turkey to his Instagram account, 50 Cent joked about how disappointed he was in his Thanksgiving meal.

“I told her ass let the chef cook,” he wrote in the caption. “She said ‘no’ I want to do it for us. Just let me try, now I’m a have a damn Turkey and cheese sandwich and lay down. @_cuban_link.”
