The pair were spotted leaving H.Lorenzo on Melrose Avenue, a retail store that boasts a diverse collection of established and emerging fashion designers.

It’s a busy time for the 29-year-old rapper at the moment, as it’s been rumored that she is gearing up to release a big new song this week that will feature another major artist as a feature.

She also confirmed to fans recently that she will be releasing her second album soon, a follow up to the hit-packed Invasion Of Privacy.

Cardi told fans in May that her new music had been delayed due to ‘technical difficulties,’ saying: ‘I really had technical difficulties with my latest project. I had not one, not two, but like three technical difficulties on the music that I’ve been working on.’

She added: ‘[That] had to be done and taken care of before I put it out. When things come out, that’s when I’mma talk about it.’

Cardi’s 2018 debut album was recently ranked by Rolling Stone magazine as the 16th best Hip-Hop album of all time, a feat that was met by a mixed response on social media.

Many rap fans were angry that Cardi had outranked records by the likes of Eminem, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar and even 2Pac.

However, the rapper did receive some unlikely support this week from her former enemy Azealia Banks.

Despite having previously attacked the artist, Azealia took to Twitter to praise Cardi’s breakthrough hit Bodak Yellow as one of the best tracks by a female rap artist.
