Diddy is sued by ex-girlfriend Cassie over years of alleged αвusє

Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of forcing his ex-girlfriend R&B legend Cassie to order male [adult workers] with ‘large black ρєиιѕєѕ’ to fulfil his voyeurism fantasies. She filed a lawsuit in Manhattan’s Federal District Court on Thursday in which she αвusєd the rapper, who goes by P Diddy, of [ѕєχυαℓ αѕѕαυℓт] and repeated physical αвusє. Cassie claimed Diddy, 54, controlled and αвusєd
her for over a decade as well as ρℓуιиg her with drυgѕ, вєαtíng her, and forcing her to have [ѕєχυαℓ intercourse] with multiple male [adult workers] while he watched, [pleasured himself] and recorded.

He called the alleged sєхuαl exploitation ‘freak outs’, according to the lawsuit, and they are said to have taken place in various hotel suites including at the Trump International Hotel in New York City. Late on Thursday it emerged that Diddy is being investigated by the New York City Police Department, according to a report. The rapper is the subject of what appears to be a sєхuαl assault case, according to TMZ, although it is not clear who made the criminal complaint or any details.

Cassie’s lawsuit asserts that she was compelled to wear lingerie, apply white nail polish in contrast to the skin tone of other workers, and coat herself in oil. She describes these experiences as “horrific encounters” and states that she resorted to drυg use to dissociate from them. The relationship between Cassie and Diddy began in 2005 when she was 19 years old and ended in 2018. Diddy vehemently denies all of the “offensive and outrageous allegations.”

Among the grave accusations is the claim that Diddy trafficked Cassie, now 37, to male clients while he observed for sexual gratification. The lawsuit alleges that she was instructed to oil herself and engage in sєхuαl activities with multiple men, sometimes while they wore masks and costumes

It states that the music executive, who she first met as a teenager, told her it would ‘turn him on’ if he saw her with ‘another [ρєиιѕ]’. He allegedly hired a man and brought him to his home in Los Angeles to engage in the [sєхuαl intercourse] acts with Cassie. ‘Mr. Combs directed Ms. Ventura to perform sєхuαl acts with this man while Mr. Combs watched them,’ the lawsuit states. ‘He [pleasured himself] while he directed Ms. Ventura and the man to do specific sєхuαl acts. The entire encounter lasted multiple days.’ She claimed Diddy got drunk during a ‘freak off’ around March 2016 and punchєd her in the face, leaving her with a black eye. Cassie said she tried to leave the hotel room when he fell asleep but he woke up and began screaming at her. He allegedly grabbed at her, took the glass vases in the hallway and threw them at her ‘causing glass to crash around them as she ran to the elevator to escape.’ She managed to escape to her apartment but claimed she returned over fears he would be even angrier.

The lawsuit further reveals that upon Cassie’s return, hotel security staff advised her to leave and go to her apartment, indicating that they had witnessed Mr. Combs assaulting her and throwing glass in the hotel hallway, as captured on security footage. She claimed that Diddy paid the hotel staff $50,000 to obtain the security footage from that night.

Additionally, the lawsuit details an incident from 2013 where Diddy arranged another ‘freak off’, resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in damages to the hotel. Cassie was allegedly responsible for organizing the location and hiring of male performers for these encounters. According to the lawsuit, she was instructed to utilize websites and escort services to locate men with ‘large black ρєиιѕєѕ’. It is alleged that Diddy demanded these encounters on a weekly basis and repeatedly referred to them as ‘our thing’ and ‘our secret’.

Cassie claimed the ‘freak offs’ would often take place in hotel suites including the Trump International Hotel in Columbus Circle, L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, The London Hotel in Los Angeles and InterContinental Hotels across the country. His assistants would allegedly help set up the ‘freak offs’ by providing baby oil and lubricant. The lawsuit states: ‘Mr. Combs always supplied Ms. Ventura (and the [adult] worker) with copious amounts of drugs before and during the FOs. ‘Ms. Ventura was given ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, and alcohol in excessive amounts during FOs, which allowed her to disassociate during these horrific encounters. It became common place to get IV fluids in the days after an FO to recover from the excessive substances pushed upon her.’ She claimed Diddy would ask her to pour excessive amounts of oil over herself before he instructed her and the [adult] workers what to do. ‘Mr. Combs would say things like, “grab that big Black [ρєиιѕ]” and ask her “how does it feel?” as he directed her to perform for him,’ the lawsuit states.

Diddy allegedly used his phone, laptop and tablet to film the ‘freak offs’ and treated it like a ‘personal art project’, adjusting the lighting. Cassie said she deleted photographs and videos of the [sєхuαl intercourse] acts if they were taken on her phone but claimed Diddy told her he kept many. The lawsuit claims that he [sєхuαlly assaulted] her in September 2018 and that he forced his way into her apartment after dinner in Malibu, California. He allegedly tried to kiss her before forcibly removing her clothes and unbuckling his belt. ‘He proceeded to [sєхuαl assault] Ms. Ventura while she repeatedly said “no” and tried to push him away,’ the lawsuit claims. Following this alleged incident, Cassie said she took steps to completely separate herself from ‘her long-time abuser.’ She eventually left the home he paid for and returned the car he purchased for her. But Cassie said she suffers from immense emotional distress from the ‘immense trauma endured over a decade with Mr Combs.’

Cassie stated that despite having “fully escaped” Diddy, the harm resulting from the assaults and sexual abuse she endured for nearly a decade will forever haunt her. The lawsuit alleges that she has needed intensive medical and psychological care to recover from the trauma she endured. Cassie is seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit, which is brought under the Adult Survivors Act. This New York law permits individuals to file claims even after the statute of limitations has expired..

The lawsuit states, “With the expiration of New York’s Adult Survivors Act fast approaching it became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life.”

In other parts of the lawsuit, Cassie alleges that the music executive blew up rapper Kid Cudi’s car around February 2012 and that he dangled an unnamed friend of Cassie’s over a hotel balcony. Cassie mentioned that she began a brief relationship with Kid Cudi “during a rough patch” with Diddy. She claimed that Diddy went through her phone, discovered emails between her and the American rapper, and became enraged. According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly placed a manual corkscrew in between his fingers and lunged at her. Cassie then ran away to stay with Kid Cudi. However, she later returned, and the music executive allegedly hit her multiple times before kicking her in the back as she attempted to run out the door, as per the filing.

During Paris Fashion Week, Cassie claims that Diddy informed her of his intention to blow up Kid Cudi’s car and expressed his desire for Kid Cudi to be present with his friends when it happened. “Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in his driveway,” the lawsuit stated. “Ms. Ventura was terrified, as she began to fully comprehend what Mr. Combs was both willing and able to do to those he believed had slighted him.”

In August 2015, Diddy allegedly picked up Cassie’s unnamed friend “like a child” and dangled her over a 17th-floor hotel balcony while intoxicated at Cassie’s surprise 29th birthday party.

Ben Brafman, Diddy’s lawyer, responded: “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations. For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail. Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’s reputation and seeking a payday.”

Cassie’s attorney, Wigdor, told : “Mr. Combs offered Ms. Ventura eight figures to silence her and prevent the filing of this lawsuit. She rejected his efforts and decided to give a voice to all women who suffer in silence. Ms. Ventura should be applauded for her bravery.”

Diddy, also known as Puff Daddy, has amassed an estimated net worth of $1 billion, having been a prominent figure in the commercialization of hip-hop during the 1990s. He rose to prominence as one of the most notable music producers of his generation, collaborating with artists such as Notorious B.I.G. and Mary J. Blige. Diddy established Bad Boy Records, the record label to which Cassie was signed in 2006.

Cassie has since married Alex Fine and has two children with him.
