‘I’M DONE WITH HIM’ Cardi B ‘furiously pulled off wedding ring before video shoot’ after husband Offset’s alleged mistress Summer Bunni contacted her

CARDI B is furious after her husband’s alleged mistress Summer Bunni reached out to her on social media to apologise, according to an insider. 

Just a day before she announced her split from hubby Offset, she yanked off her wedding ring before a video shoot and claimed “I’m done with him” , the source revealed.

It comes after the 26-year-old rapper broke the news of her split on Instagram telling fans that it was “nobody’s fault” following a series of claims Offset, also 26, had cheated on her.

Instagram model Summer then issued an apology, claiming to be the woman who broke their marriage apart.

Although she told TMZ she had not spoken to Cardi, the insider said Summer did send her an apologetic message on social media.

A source close to the star told Sun Online: “Cardi B tried so hard to make her marriage work to Offset because she loves him so much.

“She wanted nothing more than to live happily, trust him, and raise their little girl together, but he has ruined that dream for them.

“She envisioned a family life but Offset has proven he can’t be faithful and she cant take it anymore. She now knows their marriage is over.

“It has taken her a long time to get to this point because she didn’t want to give up. But his behaviour is so painful. She is hurt and angry and is doing everything she can to move on.

“Cardi is at the top of her career, her music is a massive success and she is gracing the covers some of the hottest magazines in the world. She knows she doesn’t need him and she finally took a step to show it him that.

“The day before she announced they were over, it hit her like a storm.

“It was right before she shot her video for her smash hit Twerk, and she furiously yanked her ring off and declared: ‘I’m done with him’. She wants nothing to do with the ring or him.

“To add insult to injury, Summer Bunni had the nerve to contact her.

“It was bad enough Summer went public but to contact her? It’s the last thing she needed – Bunni should just back off.”

Announcing the split, Cardi posted a video online in which she said:  “So everybody been bugging me and everything and you know I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby father for a hot minute now.

“We are really good friends and we are really good business partners— you know he’s always somebody that I run to  talk to, and we got a lot of love for each other but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time.

“It’s nobody’s fault I guess we just grew out of love but we are not together anymore.

“I don’t know it might take time to get a divorce and I’m going to always have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter’s father.”

Offset confirmed the news by commenting beneath her post: “Y’all won”.

In a video obtained by TMZ Summer gave a tearful apology for her actions.

She said: “I feel ashamed… these were never my intentions and I never wanted to break up a happy home.

“I have not spoken to Cardi but I would like her to know I am a very genuine person and I’m not here to break up a family and I’m very sorry this is happening.

“I just hope she can overcome this. I hope she can just focus on her love for Offset.”Cardi and Offset tied the knot in secret last September and have a four-month-old daughter Kulture Kiara.

Not long after their marriage Offset was accused of making a sex tape with another woman and there have been rumours of infidelity ever since.
