A judge has issued a warning to Katie

KATIE Price’s boyfriend JJ Slater’s fashion firm has slipped into the red – as the bankrupt star fights to save her Mucky Mansion.

New financial documents reveal his company Fully Blessed has made a loss of £31,006.

Running to the year ending July 31, 2023, he was yet to report a profit and records show he had no stock.

But JJ plugged the clothing business during his time on reality TV show Married At First Sight.

Katie was first declared bankrupt in November 2019, with debts of £3.2million.

Last month she was declared bankrupt again, owing the taxman £760,000.

Despite facing financial difficulties, Katie and JJ Slater recently enjoyed a vacation in Cyprus, even as a High Court judge cautioned Katie about potential jail time for contempt.

In response to inquiries from The Sun, JJ emphasized his dedication to building his business, highlighting the challenges and investment required in entrepreneurship. He expressed determination to pursue his passion alongside his business partner, Josh Edwards, emphasizing their commitment to creating a brand for their audience.

“This takes time, investment and a lot of hard work, we really appreciate the exposure in this infant stage of our business… there is plenty more to come!

“We would also like to take this chance to thank everyone that has supported us so far, we will continue to invest to make the best possible products for our amazing customers. Thank you, Fullyblessed.”

Instead of profits, JJ made a £4,040 last year, was £8,216 down in 2022 and made his biggest loss of £18,750 in 2021.

However, he is still employing one member of staff at the Essex based apparel firm.

JJ filed the new figures last week at Companies House, signing them off on April 28.

As well as the loss, he has bills to be paid by July amounting to £33,030.

Fully Blessed is his only business on Companies House and trades online as Fully Blessed Los Angeles.

KATIE Price is dishing out relationship advice for £120 per minute – but fans have branded her a “hypocrite”.

The glamour model turned Agony Aunt after a fan’s mum wrote to her asking for advice – via a video message that cost £120.

Katie shared some advice with Sabrina, cautioning her not to rush into relationships and to carefully consider the intentions of her friends. In a brief video message, Katie acknowledged the challenges Sabrina was facing, offering support and guidance during a difficult time.

“You are 21, you are having friendship dramas,  boyfriend troubles.

“That just reminds me of when I was 21.

“It’s taken me this long to realise who my friends really are. Sometimes you have to question why they are your friends, do you get the same out of each other, are they there for you like you are there for them.

“And as for boys, they have been the bane of my life.  Don’t rush into relationships is what I would say. Don’t rush into relationships. And the friendships I still have are people from school.

“But you are 21, you will in life come across friends who will come and go but you will realise who your real friends are and I am just here for you any time you like.

“Just look after your mind, your body and your soul. And you’ve got a great mum for reaching out at me. Sending all my love.”

But one fan called Katie out for being a “hypocrite” and moving fast with new fella JJ.

They said: “What a hypocrite! She’s moving very fast with JJ – who gets a tattoo tribute to a boyfriend of just five months?”

It seems Katie is exploring new avenues to generate income amid her financial challenges. Despite her current holiday in Cyprus with her boyfriend JJ Slater, she’s promoting her presence on a celebrity messaging site called Cameo. In an Instagram post from her vacation, she shared her new Cameo profile, offering fans the opportunity to book personalized video messages from her.

Katie’s profile is currently offering fans personalised messages for a price of £120 each.

She is described on Cameo as a “Model, Author, Podcaster”, with her biography reading: “Katie Price is an English model, author, and podcaster known for I’m a Celebrity…Get me out of Here!, Celebrity Big Brother, and her glamour modelling work.”

There is a selection of message types to choose from, including Mother’s Day greetings, birthday videos and even a ‘roast’.
