A woman has come forward with allegations that Christian “King” Combs, the son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, s3xually assaulted her while she was employed on his father’s yacht. These serious accusations have added to the legal troubles surrounding the Combs family, particularly Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is already facing federal investigations in connection with a3x trafficking case. The allegations against Christian “King” Combs further compound the already complex situation surrounding the family.

In a recent complaint filed on Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh has accused Christian “King” Combs, aged 26, of sexual assault, s3xual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress. These allegations stem from incidents that allegedly occurred while O’Marcaigh was working on a boat chartered by the rapper for a trip in late December 2022. The complaint adds to the legal challenges facing the Combs family, with Sean “Diddy” Combs already under federal investigation in connection with a separate sex trafficking case.

O’Marcaigh said in the filing, per NBC News, that she had been 25-years-old at the time and worked as a steward on the yacht providing dinner and drink service to guests from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. During her shift, she said she saw a “constant rotation of suspected s3x workers” and celebrities partying and taking ԃɾυɠʂ.

She claimed in the complaint that “around” Dec. 28, 2022 Christian boarded the yacht to record with music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones — who also filed a lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault. She alleged that when Diddy’s son came aboard, he was “heavily intoxicated” and paid particular attention to her.

O’Marcaigh then claimed in the complaint that he pressured her to take a shot of tequila, and after she took the drink, he became aggressive and tried to get her to drink more. She said she “quickly suspected” that the tequila had been spiked — after previously witnessing other women fall over and pass out after one drink — and became fearful of its effects. She claimed that things then “escalated” and Christian allegedly began groping her body and private parts.

The complaint claimed to have audio recordings taken by Jones — two of which were reviewed by NBC News — of O’Marcaigh “declining alcohol, saying she had to leave and telling Christian Combs to stop touching her with what sounds like kissing noises in the background.”

O’Marcaigh said in the complaint that she was finally able to leave the studio and attempted to get back to her duties. However, she said Christian found her again later in the night and insisted that she find him a place to sleep. She claimed that after she directed him to the yacht cinema, which was another sleeping space, he blocked her in and began groping her.

She alleged that he had “grabbed her arms” and was trying to “force” her to “perform oral s3x on him,” and even included photos of bruising on her arms that she claimed were caused by Christian grabbing her, according to NBC News. O’Marcaigh said she fought him off until someone else walked into the room.

Grace O’Marcaigh stated in the filing that she reported the incident to the yacht captain the following day, but alleged that he did not believe her and failed to conduct an investigation. She further claimed that she faced retaliation until her termination a few months later in May 2023.

After losing her job, O’Marcaigh alleged in the lawsuit that her mental health deteriorated significantly, leading to anxiety, panic attacks, severe suicidal thoughts, an eating disorder, and epileptic seizures as a result of the incident.

According to NBC News, Sean “Diddy” Combs was also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, accused of aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault and under premises liability as the individual who chartered the yacht.

In response to the lawsuit, Tyrone Blackburn, O’Marcaigh’s attorney, stated, “Like father, like son. It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs.” Rodney S. Diggs, another attorney representing O’Marcaigh, commended her bravery in coming forward and expressed hope that her story would encourage others to do the same.

These allegations add to a series of lawsuits alleging abuse that Diddy has faced, although he has consistently denied all accusations. Federal agents raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles last week, but no charges have been filed yet. Homeland Security Investigations New York, which conducted the searches, stated that they were part of an ongoing investigation.

In response to the searches, Diddy’s attorney Aaron Dyer emphasized that there had been no finding of criminal or civil liability related to the allegations. Dyer reiterated Diddy’s innocence and commitment to clearing his name.
