Mark Wahlberg Seems to Respond to David Beckham’s Lawsuit, Shirtless Flex

Mark Wahlberg seems to be telegraphing a certain message with his latest thirst trap post — which comes on the heels of David Beckham‘s lawsuit against his fitness company.

Mark Wahlberg postea un video

Mark posted a video on his Instagram page on Wednesday, and although it wasn’t his first post since David filed a lawsuit against Mark’s F45 training brand, it was the first one where Mark appeared shirtless and energetically vocalizing. The video shows Mark standing outside at 4 AM, apparently the start of his workout routine. He briefly addresses the camera, indicating the early hour, and then enthusiastically shouts, “Let’s go!” before the clip ends. While not a direct response to David’s legal action, the video exudes assertiveness and confidence, perhaps reflecting the ongoing conflict between them in court.

Other videos Mark has posted in the past couple days mostly entail him plugging his Municipal brand — so far, he hasn’t explicitly addressed David filing suit against F45.

As we reported … David alleged he got stiffed to the tune of $10 million after signing on with the company to be an ambassador for them — and the way it all unfolded, according to him, was shady. Now, DB is trying to recoup what he claims is owed … and straight up sued.

Mark Wahlberg isn’t a defendant in the lawsuit, but his association with F45 is unmistakable. Wahlberg has a 36% ownership stake in F45 and serves as the prominent figure of the company, frequently appearing on their social media platforms. Despite F45’s continued posts featuring Mark, his personal social media has shifted its focus away from F45 in recent times, instead highlighting his focus on Municipal, another venture of his.

The lawsuit is going to play out in court … this despite F45 asking to have it tossed.

David Beckham has initiated legal action against Mark Wahlberg’s company, alleging that F45 Training, a company in which Wahlberg holds a 36% stake and serves as the chief brand officer, deceived him into signing a fitness deal. Beckham’s company, DB Ventures Ltd, claims in the lawsuit that F45 misled him, resulting in financial losses.

Beckham, who got close to Mark when he moved to Cali to play for the L.A. Galaxy, became F45’s Global Ambassador. The selling point — David has millions of social media followers, so it would presumably greatly expand the reach of the company.

Well, things didn’t work out. Beckham says he never got the $10 mil he was promised … this after the company’s stock tanked. BTW … those posts have been deleted.

F45 asked the judge to 86 the lawsuit, calling it “fraudulent,” but the judge said the case will move on.

BTW … David’s not alone. Terrell Owens filed the same type of suit against F45 way back in 2017, claiming the company stiffed him to the tune of $700,000.
