Megan Fox is known for her openness about her personal life, including her experiences with plastic surgery. On a recent episode of Call Her Daddy, the actress discussed her вяєαѕт augmentations and revealed why the procedures were “traumatizing” for her.

Fox explained to host Alex Cooper that she has had three вяєαѕт surgeries over the years: One when she was in her early 20s, another after вяєαѕтfeeding her children, and one more recently. Because she doesn’t like surgery, the actress told her doctor before her recent procedure that since she had to go under the knife, she better “wake up with the biggest boobs” possible.

“It’s a very traumatizing experience for me,” she shared. “I was like, ‘I better wake up with the biggest boobs you can fit in my body’ and that is what he said he did.”

Megan Fox shared that her body has a strong reaction to general anesthesia, making any surgery a significant event for her. She expressed her fear of undergoing surgery and explained that she takes the process very seriously. Before any procedure, her doctors have to discuss any omens or signs with her, such as seeing certain animals or insects, as part of her fear of potential complications under anesthesia. As a result, Fox emphasized that she hasn’t undergone many surgeries due to these concerns.

In order to go as big as possible and get it over with, she requested “1990 stripper titties” from her doctor, who obliged. “I said, ‘I don’t care what’s on-trend. That’s what I want.’ And he did it.”

“They’re a 32D, which is not that big,” she continued. “They just look big on my body because my body’s tiny, but if, like, you could have gone bigger I would have had him go bigger, because I don’t like surgery. The fact that I had to do it, I was like, ‘I want a reward for the suffering I have to go through. I don’t want to wake up with a full B cup, there’s no fucking point.”

Fox had to get the second surgery after вяєαѕтfeeding her three children, Noah, Bodhi, Journey (whom she shares with ex Brian Austin Green). “I don’t know where [my вяєαѕтs] went, but they went,” she said.

Megan Fox underwent her third and most recent surgical procedure to address the rippling effect caused by her initial вяєαѕт implants. She clarified that her body lacked enough body fat to conceal the rippling of the implants from her first surgery, necessitating a revision surgery to replace them with a new set.

Fox said that if she wasn’t so afraid of surgery, she probably would’ve had more work done. “God knows what I would have been up to.” Fox, however, has also had one nose job, which she received in her early 20s.

Megan Fox Revealed She Was “Addicted to Falling in Love” With Her Former Co-Stars

Megan Fox’s openness about love extends beyond her public relationship with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly to her recent collection of poems titled “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.” In promoting the book, she has shared insights into her experiences with love, including the highs, lows, and past instances of abuse in relationships. During a recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Fox disclosed that she had previously developed feelings for her co-stars while working on film sets.

“When I was young, I was really rebellious and wild and was always running away to fall in love with a new love, every costar,” she told Barrymore, adding that at the time, she was very much a “free spirit.” “I was addicted to falling in love, and I think I probably hurt a lot of people in that process too, because a lot of people have been in love with me and I did not respect or honor that.”

Fox then explained that it was her kids — she shares three sons, Noah Shannon, Bodhi Ransom, and Journey River, with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green — who changed her whole mindset on relationships and love.

“When I had kids, something happened in me,” she shared.  “… I think it’s a major part of my soul’s journey in this lifetime to not repeat my parents’ pattern with my kids, and I was always very aware of that, so this selfless person was born when I birthed my first child.”

Elsewhere during the interview, Barrymore questioned Fox about the worst thing she had ever done in a past relationship, to which Fox responded, “I don’t know if that’s something I can say on TV,” before sharing the story regardless.

“When I was young, I did have a temper and I was wild, I got mad and I took a bunch of paint and I painted a Friedrich Nietzsche quote all over [this guy’s] wall, so he had to repaint his house afterwards,” she recalled. “It was like a really angry quote about, like, how life is futile, you suck basically. So he had to repaint the bedroom.”

She added, “Anyone who dated me in my early 20s should probably write their own poetry book, because I was not a peach.”
