In October 2020, Megan Thee Stallion became the latest celebrity to endorse Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty line, having joined the likes of Paris Hilton, Normani, Bella Hadid, and many other famous names who’ve either modeled or signed on as a spokesperson for the lingerie brand.

Given how often the Body rapper had praised Rihanna in her interviews, saying that RiRi was one of her idols and that she hoped to one day collaborate with the Bajan beauty, it wasn’t long after all her flattering words that Megan found herself joining the team at Savage X Fenty.

One shouldn’t forget that Megan’s career is managed by Roc Nation, who also helm the same responsibilities for Rihanna, so perhaps it was a business decision made by their management firm. Whatever the case, though, it seemed evident that Rihanna had taken a liking to Megan seeing that she had also begun following the latter on Instagram.

But eagle-eyed fans have noticed that the Diamonds hitmaker has since pressed unfollow on the Texas native. Here’s the lowdown…

Fans noticed in March 2022 that Rihanna was no longer following Megan on Instagram, which has left many people speculating whether the two were quietly feuding behind the scenes.

There hasn’t been any public indication that these two ladies don’t like each other anymore, particularly since Megan has continued to praise Rihanna in interviews as recently as earlier this year when she once again gushed about wanting to set up a collaboration with the soon-to-be mother-of-one.

In January 2022, the curvy female MC told People: “Because I’ve manifested Beyoncé, I feel like I have reached my ultimate goal. Well, I also would really, really, really love to collab with Rihanna. Like that is my next dream collab.”

Throughout 2020 and 2021, Megan promoted Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty in a string of photo shoots for the lingerie line.
