Those who once questioned Kim Kardashian’s acting abilities are probably reconsidering their opinions after viewing the latest trailer for American Horror Story: Delicate Part Two. Kardashian returns to portray the role of the formidable publicist Siobhan in the concluding four episodes of Ryan Murphy’s horror series. Her performance is sure to captivate audiences and keep them on the edge of their seats.

In the preview released on Wednesday, Kim Kardashian showcased her darker side by slapping her co-star Emma Roberts. Continuing from where the previous season concluded, Roberts’s character, aspiring actress Anna Victoria Alcott, discovers she’s pregnant and contemplates abandoning her pursuit of an Oscar due to worries about her mental well-being. She expresses to Kardashian’s character, Siobhan, “I can’t continue campaigning for this award. I can’t.”

Siobhan responds by slapping Anna across the face as they eat dinner together. “I will not let you say another word about quitting,” she replies to Anna. Things then take an unexpected turn, with Sibohan and Anna sharing a kiss in the next scene. “I’m going to give you the life of your dreams,” Siobhan tells Anna, before asking her: “What would you give up for it?” Leaning in for a kiss, Anna replies, “Anything.”

Kardashian’s casting was first announced almost a year ago in April 2023. Shortly thereafter, she revealed to Variety that she was taking acting lessons in preparation for her new role, telling the outlet: “It’s really fun to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new and grow. I like to challenge myself.”

Despite facing criticism, especially as the founder of SKIMs, Roberts couldn’t contain her admiration for her new co-star. “She’s incredible, she’s professional,” Roberts commented on Kardashian at the premiere of Feud: Capote vs. The Swans in January. “She’s one of the most dedicated individuals I’ve ever collaborated with, and she’s so laid-back. I adore her.”

The trailer segment shows Kim seductively asking Emma, whose character is an aspiring actress trying to get pregnant, “What would you give up for it?”

Emma then replies “anything,” seemingly mesmerized by Kim’s intense gaze. And before you know it, it feels like a deal is struck as Kim and Emma lock lips and seal it with a kiss.

The latest installment of this anthology series is based on the book ‘Delicate State’ by Danielle Valentine, telling the story of a young actress trying to balance her career with her desire to become a mother.

With sinister forces at play, the book seems like a modern take on Rosemary’s Baby.

In classic Ryan Murphy style, the trailer then unleashes a series of twisted clips showing increasing demonic interference as Emma’s character progresses through pregnancy, all related to Kim’s terrifying character.

At the end of the trailer, Emma calls Kim a “monster,” and she replies, “Oh no, darling, I’m much worse,” while wearing a black-horned outfit.

With the second part of the series set to air in April, what fans love most is Kim’s acting so far.

Negative assumptions were made when she was first cast, however, Kim, as always, has proven her harshest critics wrong. From professional TV critics to the general public, Kim has impressed them all.

Fans have left admiration in the comments of the teaser, with one reluctant commenter writing, “I’m not a fan of Kim Kardashian, but she seems to be a good actress. Credit where credit is due. Cheers.”
