SHOCKED: Beyonce & Jay Z Sued By Woman Claiming She’s Blue Ivy’s Mom — Inside The Outrageous Lawsuit

Amid reports that Beyoncé  and Jay-Z are headed for a split, the couple have been hit with another bombshell blow: RadarOnline.com has learned that the couple have been sued by a woman claiming she is the biological mother of their child, Blue Ivy!

Conspiracy theories alleging that Beyonce used a surrogate to carry her two-year-old daughter with Jay Z have long been rampant. Now, RadarOnline.com has learned, a homeless woman, Tina Seals, has filed a federal lawsuit in New York City, asking a judge give her financial compensation after alleging that she had given her eggs to the couple.

Unfortunately for conspiracy buffs, Seals has filed similar outrageous lawsuits against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, in regards to North West, and Janet Jackson in connection with Michael Jackson’s kids, so it is likely this is just her latest bizarre filing.

But according to the handwritten lawsuit, Seals says, “Through mutual associates Plaintiff (myself) provided DNA egg for Beyoncé and Jay Z and look to work out some type of (sic) contractual agreement with Defendants that: a:) Would compensate me for my services with reference to Blue Ivy Doe. B) Would remove any criminal liability associated with the unlawful use of my DNA for the parties involved. C) Would terminate Plaintiff Parental Rights immediately and extend full parental rights to Defendants w/o Plaintiff support.”

Seals is asking for DNA testing to be conducted on Blue Ivy and “mandated mediation pending test results … I desire to preserve this relationship as these are great people!”

Seals also said she is willing to have Beyoncé’s music label, Sony, endorsing her music.

Her previous lawsuits against celebrities were all quickly dismissed.

This isn’t the first time there have been allegations about the maternity of little Blue Ivy, with conspiracy theorists speculating that Beyonce as wearing a fake bump during her pregnancy.

After a TV appearance when the then-pregnant star’s stomach appeared to change shape as she sat down, the rumour mill went into overdriv.

So wild was the speculation that notoriously secretive Beyonce even addressed it, calling the allegations ‘crazy’.

‘It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy,’ she said later.

As for the ‘prosthetic bump,’ it was ‘a fabric that folded—does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid.’

The case against Beyonce and Jay Z comes a week after Seals case against the Wests was thrown out of court by a judge for being ‘clearly baseless’.
