The video didn’t mention the number of repetitions or sets for each of J.Lo’s workouts, but fitness expert Stephanie Mansour told TODAY, “This is a great full-body workout set up like a circuit. I’d recommend doing 10 reps of each exercise (starting with 10 world’s greatest stretches, so five to each side!) and then repeating the circuit for a total of 3 times.”

One of her personal trainers, Dodd Romero, said to Oprah Daily, “She trains for roughly an hour, four to five times a week, focusing on different body parts each time.”

The platypus walk is particularly emphasized for enhancing gluteal muscles, with Kirsch stating, “The quickest, most effective workout for your glutes is the platypus walk.” This exercise likely contributes to J.Lo’s renowned hourglass figure.

In addition to her gym workouts, Jennifer Lopez’s background as a dancer plays a significant role in her fitness regimen. She once mentioned, “Dance has always been a huge part of my life, and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness.”
