Their breakup happened a few weeks ago after Pippen and Jordan, 33, appeared together at a reunion of The Traitors, another insider told PEOPLE. She hit the studio this month to film another yet-to-be-announced reality show.

A second source said: “Larsa is now focused on its exciting next chapter. “She has always been ambitious and driven. She needed someone suitable with similar qualities.”

Pippen also seemed to allude to the split on Instagram Tuesday, writing: “Humble enough to know I could lose everything. Be confident enough to know you can get it all back.”

The split comes a month after Pippen and Jordan briefly reconciled — and stepped out in Miami together — following their initial split just before Valentine’s Day.

Another source said about their breakup at the time: “They have decided to take some time apart to re-evaluate their relationship.” “This has nothing to do with any family input but is solely for their personal growth.”

When they first broke up, Pippen deleted all the photos she took with Jordan from her Instagram account. She also posted a poll to her Story asking her followers: “Should your friends unfollow your ex?” as well as a video of Morgan Freeman talking about trusting your “inner voice.”

However, Pippen later expressed on the Two T’s in a Pod podcast that she regretted wiping photos of the pair together from her Instagram following the split.

“I feel like I was very emotional … I wish I didn’t delete those photos,” she confessed. “I didn’t even archive them, I couldn’t archive them, I just deleted them. I was just emotional and impulsive I guess. I’m a Cancer so I’m an emotional person so I feel like if you’re not loving me the right way I can distance myself and catch a beat.”The reality star also clarified that she and Jordan “didn’t break up, we kind of needed to just take a beat, gather our thoughts and see if this relationship, you know what’s going to happen in the future.”

“It was like, we’ve spent a lot of time together and I feel like this was the point of, we’re going to be together and get engaged or start working to the next phase, or we’re going to break up. It’s that phase of making the right decision for your relationship,” she continued, adding that the duo had gone through a month of “not seeing eye to eye” and “not being in a great place.”
