Travis Kelce is teasing what viewers can expect from his new show Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?

The NFL player, 34, revealed on his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce that he enjoyed several memorable moments while filming Amazon Prime’s new Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? reboot.

“Did anybody win $100,000 can you disclose that?” Jason, 36, asked his brother.

“I can’t disclose that… but there [were] some f—— exciting contestants,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end responded.

He shared that he had a lot of fun shooting the show and explained its premise, in which an adult contestant will “rely on a classroom full of celebrities” in order to help them answer 11 questions taken from elementary school-level curriculum to win the cash prize.

“It was a blast, man,” Travis recalled. “It was a blast shooting it, and to be honest I always wanted to do something with a game show.”

“Me and you, not only was it ESPN, but [we also watched] Game Show Network,” he continued. “So many, so many good game shows. And I always wanted to be a part of it, whether I was a contestant, someone helping out or hosting one.”

Jason then asked Travis what his “favorite game show” was of all time, to which he easily responded, “[The] Price is Right.” “It’s untouchable,” he added.

“I literally used to not want to go to school,” Travis recalled. “I would just tell mom that I’m sick, and then she would make me chicken noodle soup, Ritz crackers and at 10 a.m., I would be able to watch The Price is Right and Family Feud was right after that.”

As for Jason, he noted that he “loved The Match Game,” and though “they’ve tried to reinvent it,” he said, “nothing has come close to the charm of the original one.” The pair also shared that they would also watch the game shows on Nickelodeon.

“Congrats on hosting a game show Trav,” the retired NFL player said.

“Thank you, man,” Travis replied. “I think everyone is going to really enjoy this one.”

“It’s basically Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader but instead of actual fifth graders up there — and them getting questions wrong and you kind of feeling bad because a kid is up there and just got a question wrong on TV — it’s a celebrity and now you can make fun of them,” he joked.
