The former The Voice Coach gushed about his wife Behati Prinsloo and three children in an interview with People.

Adam Levine is clearly a dedicated family man.

In a recent interview with People, the former The Voice Coach (Seasons 1-16), opened up about how he manages a work-life balance while his mega-famous band, Maroon 5, prepares for another Las Vegas residency.

“I don’t know how you can have a better life. I’m lucky enough to do what I love professionally, but also have the greatest personal life and family I could ever ask for,” the rockstar said. “And having kids and a wonderful wife, and just that life that I cling so much to. I love it so much.”

The singer also confessed that fame is what comes second in his life.

“[Family] means more than my career. But at the same time, having both is just a gift. And I think you don’t appreciate s— like that until you get a little older… As the years go on, I just get sappier and more sentimental about it. I love it so damn much,” he gushed.

Adam Levine’s commitment to his family life

Levine married model Behati Prinsloo in 2014. The couple now have three children: Dusty Rose, 6; Gio Grace, 5; and a third child, a boy, born in January 2023.

Prinsloo said on the podcast Mother Daze that Levine was supportive when Prinsloo gave birth for the third time.

“It was his favorite thing to watch and to be there and to help me through it and people telling him what to do to help me too,” she said. “Just really making this into such a beautiful experience for everyone.”

Although Levine and Prinsloo have been adamant about keeping their children’s lives out of the limelight, in October, Levine gave us a rare glimpse of his youngest in a candid Instagram picture. In the snapshot, he showed the baby in a stroller while he held a basketball all by himself.

“Ball is life,” Levine captioned the post.

Meanwhile, in a 2020 interview on Ellen, Levine discussed how important it is for him to bond with his children.

“I was just constantly working for so many years — very lucky, very fortunate, very blessed and all that, but [I wanted] to be able to spend time in this moment with my new, young family, and just have the greatest time ever,” the “Sugar” singer said. “Now I’m just, like, a stay-at-home dad! I just stay home and do very little. It’s great.”
