Kourtney Kardashian is prioritizing the pump!

On Friday night, the Kardashians star, 44, shared a photo of her breast pump in action.

In the image, she appeared to be hooked up to the machine, but showed only a sliver of one of the suctions as she sat cross-legged while pumping in leopard-print pajama pants.

Alongside the shot, she wrote, “But first…”

Since welcoming 2-month-old son Rocky Thirteen on Nov. 1 with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, the Poosh founder has given her followers several glimpses of her life with a newborn.

In December, she shared an Instagram Story highlighting some of the foods she has been eating while breastfeeding Rocky, which she said are “good for supporting optimal breastmilk supply.”

Kardashian’s snacks included two bowls, one of walnuts and one of dried mulberries, and a steaming cup of coconut milk.

Later that month, she shared a “7 weeks postpartum” update post, writing, “first day in the gym doing 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline taking it easy.”

“No rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it’s not a race,” she added over the post, a video of her walking on a treadmill.

More recently, the reality star revealed what she packed in her labor and delivery hospital bags in preparation for Rocky’s birth.

In a detailed blog post for her lifestyle brand, Poosh, Kardashian said she organized her belongings into three bags for the milestone moment: “One for her, one for the baby, and one for extra miscellaneous items like blankets, pillows and cameras.”

Rocky’s items included a personalized wash bag embroidered with “Baby Barker,” a skull-print blanket and a going-home outfit selected by his big sister, Penelope, 11. (Kardashian shares Penelope, as well as sons Mason, 14, and Reign, 9, with ex Scott Disick.)

In her own bag, the star packed “plenty of high-waisted postpartum underwear” in order “to help get your organs back into place,” as well as Mermaid tea “to help milk production.”

Shortly after Barker, 48, and Kardashian — who tied the knot in 2022 — welcomed Rocky, a source told PEOPLE that the reality star was “over the moon about her son’s arrival.”

“Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end. She is happy to be able to snuggle her baby boy now,” the insider said at the time, adding that Kardashian “feels so blessed.”

The source also told PEOPLE that Travis was “amazing,” and brought Kardashian her “favorite, healthy food” while she was in the hospital. “He makes sure she has everything that she needs,” the insider added. “He is obsessed with their baby boy.”

Rocky is the latest addition to the stars’ blended family, which includes not only Mason, Reign and Penelope, but also Travis’ daughter Alabama, 18, son Landon, 19, and stepdaughter Ariana De La Hoya, 24, whom he shares with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
