The interview went viral, mostly due to the awkward interaction between the actress and the show hosts. The now-infamous interview started with one of the hosts addressing Delevingne as “Carla.” Upon being asked how she manages several projects, she answered, “I don’t know where that comes from.”

Her sarcastic responses continued when asked if she could relate to her character in the movie. “No, I actually hate her,” she replied. The lack of enthusiasm in the actress prompted the show hosts to suggest that she might be exhausted and humorously advised her to “take a little nap, maybe get a Red Bull.”

While Raven-Symoné tried defending the 31-year-old actress, Whoopi Goldberg straight called her out, noting that the Suicide Squad actress was still a “newbie.” Goldberg further stated, “I’m sorry. You know, she’s not a famous actress. She’s a newbie. She’s not famous.”

She also noted that being in show business can sometimes be overwhelming. However, she also acknowledged the need to endure or tolerate such situations. “Suck it up,” she shared her thoughts before adding, “That was not the way to handle that Cara, it just wasn’t.” She also talked about the same during an interview with Glamour, stating that these are some of the challenges that come with a career as an actress.
