Justin Timberlake Passed On His NSYNC Curls to His and Jessica Biel’s Youngest Son

“He’s gonna be me.” -Justin Timberlake, probably.

It’s only fitting that on the first day of May, there is Justin Timberlake news to report (cue the It’s Gonna Be May memes)—and what’s more, it’s *NSYNC adjacent. On Tuesday, Timberlake’s wife, Justin Biel, posted a roundup of images to social media that gives followers a rare glimpse at their two sons, Silas and Phineas—the latter of whom seems to be turning into a JT doppelgänger, in the hair department, at least.

The first slide shows Biel posing next to their two boys, who pose with their backs to the camera. Biel wears a sand-colored suit with sneakers and a baseball cap. Silas, the older of the two boys, sports a Justin Timberlake “Forget Tomorrow World Tour” jacket and 2-year-old Phineas models a backward “Justin” baseball cap with his shoulder-length blonde curls peeking out.

Fans in the comments were quick to call Phineas a “Mini JT,” probably thanks to his ringlets, which recall Timberlake’s during his *NSYNC days. ’90s kids will remember those iconic curls he sported during the boy band’s height of popularity. Timberlake also experimented with frosted tips and bleached blonde color—what a time to be alive!

Later in the Instagram carousel, Biel holds onto a light-up spike ball while Phineas wears what appears to be luminescent rings. The second slide captures Timberlake and Biel having a moment backstage, during which Biel rests her hands against her husband’s chest as he puts an arm around her shoulder.

The final photo shows the couple’s sonsturned away from the camera (perhaps in an effort to keep their privacy). Silas holds the sides of his jacket as Phineas puts both of his arms in the air.

“It’s a family affair y’all,” Biel captioned the roundup.

During a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Timberlake gave a sweet shoutout to his “wonderful” kids and wife. “I have two wonderful children who are going to be the death of me,” he joked. “Two boys and a wonderful wife, and I’m just happy. Is that controversial these days?”

“I think it’s just, you get to a point in your life where you realize that all the things that have conspired really to get you to this point are beautiful,” he added. “… And I don’t think I’ve ever taken the time to reflect and look at my life and say like, ‘Wow, this is really cool,’ and just be thankful for it.”
