Novak Djokovic has seemingly regained his form and advanced at the quarterfinals of the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters. While Djokovic is widely admired, his on-court behavior sometimes polarizes the crowd, which happened at Monaco as well yesterday.

However, like always, Djokovic enjoyed the jeering he received from the crowd. During his match against Lorenzo Musetti in the round of 16, the Serbian was seen orchestrating the crowd as the hate chants continued to echo through the stadium.

And as right on cue, the Serbian entered beast mode, taking in the crowd’s negative energy and converting it to his advantage. After that, Djokovic just brushed past Musetti to take his revenge and continue his strong run in Monte Carlo.

Usually, it ends here, but this time, Djokovic put up a special message on Instagram.

I dedicate this victory to the orchestra.

Following this was a wave of negative comments from the fans, hailing the Serbian as the coldest player there is. However, once again, Djokovic decided to take these comments positively, and even savagely replied to one.

Too many victory ice baths.

A typical Djokovic reply, who continued to get back in form at Monaco. With this win, the Serbian made his way to the quarter-finals of Monte Carlo.

Novak Djokovic spoke about the effect the crowd had on him during his match against Lorenzo Musetti

Djokovic is known for his epic responses to his critics. His recent viral response on Instagram was just an add on to what he said during his post-game interview.

In the post-match interview, the Serbian opened up about the kind of effect the unnecessary booing had on him. He revealed that such crowds helps him to either become more concentrated or more relaxed.

Depends. You know, sometimes more concentrated, sometimes more relaxed, because there is a lot of tension on the court with you trying to play your best tennis and feel your best, and opponent,

said Novak Djokovic via Monte Carlo Press.

As he stated, it was only the Djokovic show after the small interaction with the crowd. Until this moment, Musetti had the upper hand in the match, but once Djokovic got more relaxed, he maneuvered the match in his favor, beating the Italian 7-5, 6-3. Now, Djokovic will face Australian Alex de Minaur on Friday.
