NSYNC Scores Their Second Career Top 10 Hit On One Billboard Chart

*NSYNC Honored With Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

NSYNC hasn’t released music on their own in decades. Since Justin Timberlake left the boy band to explore a solo career, the group has been all but defunct–but lately, they’ve been mounting something of a comeback, thanks to their collaborations with the singer. This week, the entire outfit is back on a Billboard chart, scoring another quick win with their latest release.

As Timberlake’s new album Everything I Thought It Was reaches a number of lists, NSYNC joins the pop superstar on a very special hit. The boy band is back on the Digital Song Sales chart with “Paradise,” which appears on that just-released set. The tune is credited as Timberlake featuring the group, so he’s technically on the track in two forms.

“Paradise” opens at No. 7 on this week’s Digital Song Sales chart. According to Luminate, the track sold 7,803 copies in its first full frame of availability. It earns the third-highest debut of the frame, coming in behind new launches from Cardi B and BTS singer V.

With “Paradise,” NSYNC instantly doubles their total count of hits on the Digital Song Sales chart. Before this week, the band had only collected one hit, and they managed that win in a very similar fashion.

Last year, Timberlake put the band back together for a one-off single. “Better Place” was written and recorded for the latest Trolls film, as Timberlake has handled the music for the series since its inception a decade ago. “Better Place” gave NSYNC their first hit on the Digital Song Sales chart, which was introduced years after the group split.
