Travis Kelce is dishing on Justin Timberlake’s Los Angeles concert — and revealed he even got to cross clubs with the singer.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, had nothing but praise for Timberlake, 43, while discussing the singer’s one-night concert at The Wiltern in L.A. on March 13 on his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce.

“He was playing a bunch of renditions of his old classics. Absolute bangers,” Travis recalled. “It was so cool to see him play some of my favorites and then on top of that a handful of his new stuff, as well as his new hit single with *NSYNC.”

Kelce admitted he was in the audience when the Grammy-winning artist had brought out his *NSYNC bandmates for a special performance of their new song “Paradise.” The NFL player even snapped a photo with *NSYNC member Lance Bass backstage and with Chris Kirkpatrick’s 6-year-old son Nash.

“It was a fun evening,” Travis shared. “I mean I can’t complain. Anytime you can see Justin Timberlake perform, I suggest you buy the ticket man. He’s the f—ing best.”

However, the NFL player didn’t just get to watch the “Can’t Stop the Feeling” singer, but also interact with him as well.

“Honestly, everybody knows I’m a huge JT fan. It’s been so cool meeting him in Tahoe, playing some golf with him,” he said on the podcast, adding that he hopes to get the chance to putt with Timberlake again soon.

Back in January, Timberlake joked during an episode of The Tonight Show that he “saw [his] life flash before [his] eyes” when Kelce accidentally knocked him to the ground during a 2022 golf outing.

“He went up and did one of those [side body bumps], you know, when they jump,” Timberlake continued. “And I was like, ‘He’s doing it. I have to do it.’ And I forgot that he weighs like 80 lbs. more than me.”

The singer added that his neck was stiff “for about a week” after the event, but had nothing but good things to say about Kelce. “He’s the best, by the way. [One of the] nicest guys ever,” Timberlake said at the time.

But the incident didn’t affect Timberlake’s willingness to golf with Kelce. “I’m even going to try to go to his golf outing in Vegas here in a couple of weeks,” the football player shared on New Heights.

In the meantime, Kelce has been spending some time during the NFL’s off-season in L.A. with girlfriend Taylor Swift, who is also taking a break between legs of her Eras Tour. A source told PEOPLE earlier this week that the couple is enjoying their time in the city.

“They are spending time in Los Angeles together,” the insider tells PEOPLE. “They’re still very happy.”

“They’re so cute together,” the source added of the couple, who went out for a date night at the members-only West Hollywood hotspot the Bird Streets Club over the weekend.

The source added that Kelce has also enjoyed his downtime since the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win in February. “Travis has been hanging out with friends and is having a good time just relaxing in L.A.,” they shared.
