A spokesperson for the local police agency confirmed to PageSix that an ambulance was called to the above hotel at around 12:42 a.m. on May 2 because a woman was injured. More than 30 minutes later, an ambulance arrived at the scene but did not transport anyone to the hospital.

In the series of shared photos, the singer Toxic was seen leaving the hotel in a disheveled appearance: she was barefoot, her shorts were askew, holding a pillow to cover her seemingly bare upper body and wearing a large blanket. The female singer walked next to Paul Richard Soliz and her bodyguard and quickly returned home safely.

Immediately afterward, Britney Spears updated the situation on her personal page, saying she simply sprained her leg.
