John Legend’s Baby Son Wren Adorably Fell Asleep in This Holiday Family Photoshoot

The Voice Coach shared the cute photo in a birthday tribute to his wife, Chrissy Teigen.

John Legend took to Instagram on Thursday, November 30 to celebrate his wife Chrissy Teigen’s birthday. In his post, he shared several pics of the Cravings author — including a shot from the black-and-white family photoshoot Legend first shared over Thanksgiving weekend. This time, though, the picture was in full color — and it featured their youngest child, baby boy Wren, adorably sleeping. It’s beyond cute!

“Happy Birthday to my lover, best friend and partner in everything! I’m so grateful you were born,” Legend wrote in the caption of the IG post. “So happy that we found each other 17 years ago. So in love with you and the big, beautiful family we’ve built together. Let’s grow old and celebrate so many more birthdays together.”

A photo in the carousel shows their big, beautiful family dressed to the nines for a Thanksgiving shoot. Their daughter, Luna, is wearing a green dress, while their son, Miles, sports a grey suit. Baby Esti is wearing a frilly pink dress, and little Wren is wearing a tiny polo and pants, sleeping soundly. How sweet!

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcomed Esti in January and Wren Alexander in June via surrogate. Wren is actually named after the couple’s surrogate, Alexandra, with whom they developed a loving relationship.

“We…met the most incredible, compassionate surrogate we could ever imagine, Alexandra,” Teigen wrote on Instagram. “I knew she was a perfect match for us the moment we spoke to her. All of our wishes and dreams aligned. I wanted to be her friend, I wanted our children to play, I wanted dinner together, I wanted to lay my head on her belly and be able to feel the hiccups and kicks. I wanted them to be in our lives for as long as time would allow.”
