Billboard has announced that Miley Cyrus is the artist with the biggest comeback to the music industry in 2023. The return to the top 40 of the chart for the first time in the decade shows that Miley Cyrus has once again asserted herself as one of the top hitmakers in pop music today.
Although Miley Cyrus has continued to release music regularly in recent years, it wasn’t until Flowers that the former Disney star truly found her moment this decade. The song brought Miley Cyrus back to number one after many years and is one of the biggest hits of the singer’s career.
