Tony Romo calls Jason Kelce Taylor Swift’s brother-in-law in Chiefs playoff flub
Tony Romo is at it again.
The NFL analyst and former Cowboys quarterback made another on-air blunder when discussing Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, during the CBS broadcast of Kansas City’s divisional-round win over Buffalo on Sunday.
When cameras panned to a suite inside Highmark Stadium, where Swift was watching the game with Kelce’s family, Romo offered a curious comment about the Chiefs star’s older brother, Eagles center Jason Kelce, who had a shirtless celebration at one point in the night.

“There’s your brother-in-law, right behind you,” Romo said.
Naturally, Romo was lit up on social media by fans watching the broadcast, who called out his past flubs regarding the high-profile pair.
During a Dec. 10 game between the Chiefs and Bills, Romo referred to Swift as Kelce’s wife.
“As you see Kelce’s wife, Taylor Swift, in the audience — or I’m sorry, girlfriend,” he said on-air at the time.

The relationship between Swift and Kelce, both 34, has been one of the biggest storylines in the NFL this season, and fans can now speculate if the pop superstar will be in attendance for the AFC Championship game next Sunday against the Ravens in Baltimore.
The Chiefs advanced to the AFC title game Sunday after defeating the Bills, 27-24.
Kelce and the Chiefs are looking to defend their Super Bowl title after defeating the Eagles in the championship contest last February.
As Kelce seeks his second consecutive ring, rumors are swirling that Swift could be getting one of her own.

Earlier this month, Page Six reported the couple plans to get engaged this summer.
“Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan,” a source told Page Six.
The report indicated that the question could be popped in July “on their one-year anniversary.”
Although Swift and Kelce first went public with their relationship in the fall, the “Cruel Summer” singer previously revealed the two had been seeing each other prior to her first game-day appearance in September.
Page Six also reported in November that Kelce had asked Swift’s father, Scott, for his blessing to ask for her hand in marriage.
While Romo has continued to marry off the two on the air, he may not be too far off in the months to come.
