Emmanuel Acho asserts Dak Prescott should feel disrespected for not getting a ‘big’ contract already

Emmanuel Acho has now stood by Dak Prescott even after making all criticisms in recent times.

Emmanuel Acho finally stood by the quarterback whom he criticized a lot throughout his time as an analyst. Acho vehemently critiqued Prescott last season but this time he said that the Dallas Cowboys have not been treating him properly.

The contract restructuring of Dak Prescott has become an issue for the team. As per earlier details, the quarterback was supposed to get $59.5 million. In an attempt to solve the cap structuring, the Cowboys converted his $4 million signing bonus to the roster, which suggested that the quarterback would get $55.4 million.

However, new possibilities have emerged that the quarterback will get even less than $55.4 million. The team has not revealed the contract details but multiple possibilities are doing rounds that the team might provide an extension to the quarterback till 2028. In that case, the annual salary might be reduced to $40 million in the coming season.

Following the circumstances, Emmanuel Acho said on Speak:

Dak should feel disrespected. Because, what does he have to do to finally get his respect? Remember, Mississippi State, he had his no.1 team in the nation in his four period of time. But Dak was a fourth-round pick. Then Dak said ‘rookie,’ thirteen and three, gets an MVP vote as a rookie, gets the No.1 seed in the NFC, and top two seeds if I am not mistaken. But still, Dak did not get paid. Then Dak Prescott breaks his way. All-Pro season, incredibly hard to do even harder as a quarterback. And they still don’t pay him without making him beg. He should feel disrespected.

Dak Prescott is dealing with a lot of problems in this offseason

Amid contract talks with the Dallas Cowboys, Prescott has some other troubles also. A few days back, Victoria Shores, a DFW-based woman accused Prescott of s*xual misconduct. Citing an incident in 2017, her lawyer claimed that the quarterback asked his client to join him in an undisclosed place with some people (name not revealed).

They went into a car, where Prescott asked her to sit beside him. As soon as she sat, Prescott flashed his genitals and wanted to get physical. While the woman denied it, Prescott had allegedly forced her.
