Dak Prescott finished the season with 36 touchdowns and 9 interceptions.
The Dallas Cowboys and the Atlanta Falcons are already in offseason mode. Atlanta failed to qualify for the playoffs, despite having a talented team.
Dallas, on the other hand, won their division but was trounced at home in the Wild Card round by the Green Bay Packers. Since then, calls have been made to move on from their veteran QB, Dak Prescott.
According to former NFL player and current ESPN analyst Jeff Saturday, the Falcons might benefit from a player like Prescott. They fired their head coach, Arthur Smith, after a poor end to the season and are in the race to sign Bill Belichick as his replacement. On Saturday, he urged the Cowboys to trade Prescott to the Falcons during the latest segment of ESPN’s Get Up.
The Atlanta Falcons. Go in there with the papers today… Hopefully, Bill Belichick is going to be the coach, or someone is going to be in there to turn it. They play good on defense, they have weapons on offense, and you’re talking about a guy who’s going to walk in and command that type of energy.
Saturday said when the show’s host, Mike Greenberg suggested that Prescott should seek a trade.

Prescott had an MVP season with the Cowboys; however, his playoff nightmares caught up to him once again. He and the Cowboys were expected to finally make the Super Bowl this season, but they faltered in the first round.
A potential Prescott-to-Atlanta trade might benefit both parties in the long run. It will be an interesting storyline to keep an eye on.

Cowboy fans why continue to DM me TRUST ME, if I could get @dak to leave Dallas I would. I too want him out of Dallas.
The city and organization have been great to he and our family, but done with drama and the so called fans, but he loves this team, and wants to bring it rings.
Tad tweeted after the game.
Dak is due for an extension this offseason, and the Cowboys are likely to stick with their quarterback going forward. However, it will be a very important season for Dak next year, and he will look to lead his team to the Super Bowl next season.
