“He makes you look great but never takes any credit!” Colin Cowherd dubs 49ers HC Kyle Shanahan as the world’s greatest wingman ahead of Titanic Cowboys clash

The NFL world is awaiting eagerly the game between the Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco 49ers. Surely it will be a mouthwatering clash between two teams that have shown utter dominance over their opponents. The 49ers are unbeaten in the league and the Cowboys have just lost a match.

Ahead of the game, analyst Colin Cowherd made some remarks about the 49ers’ head coach Kyle Shanahan. He said that the HC is one of the greatest wingmans. Not only about Shanahan, Cowherd also made some positive remarks about Brock Purdy. He openly expressed his liking for the QB.

“Kyle Shanahan, you heard about the term wingman, Kyle Shanahan, the Niners’ head coach is the world’s best wingman. He talks you up, he makes you look great, he never takes any of the credit,” the analyst added on his show ‘the Herd’.

Of course, he did not stop there. He kept on talking about Brock Purdy and the other quarterbacks. Cowherd expressed his liking for the 49ers’ QB as he said, “I like Brock Purdy. It is obvious that he was under-drafted. We all can agree that Brock Purdy is under-drafted. But I have no idea what he were look like in Carolina. Nobody can get open. In Arizona, New York Giants.”

Shanahan has been in the role of the head coach for the 49ers since 2017. Under his regime, the 49ers won 56 matches while lost 46. He led his team to the 2020 NFC championship. This season, his offense is creating ripples on the turf. They have won all four matches and looking for another mighty win against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night football.
