Richard Sherman refuses to bet on Lamar Jackson owing to Patrick Mahomes’ sensational playoff record

Ahead of the clash, analyst Richard Sherman chose his side. He said that Patrick Mahomes would prevail in the coming battle. While everyone was trying to place their bets on Lamar Jackson, Sherman advocated for Mahomes. He relied on Mahomes’ sensational record in the playoffs.

He said that to date, Mahomes has only been beaten by two stalwarts. One of them was Joe Burrow while the other was Tom Brady. These two quarterbacks have only made it past Mahomes. Otherwise, it does not matter who is playing and what team is playing against the Chiefs, Mahomes always prevails. The latest example can be the Bills where it was thought that the Chiefs would have a hard time. Though the Bills fought tooth and nail, it was the Chiefs who had the last laugh.
