Skip Bayless claims the current Dallas Cowboys team led by Dak Prescott is the ‘best’ since 1995

Dallas Cowboys last Super Bowl win came in 1996.

The Dallas Cowboys are affectionately known as the ‘America’s Team.’ They are always expected to be at the top of the NFL. The Cowboys’ fanbase demands Super Bowls from their team. The Cowboys have been trying to do so, but haven’t won a title since the 1995-96 season. They have had a lot of great players play from them since then, but the Super Bowl title still remains elusive.

The 2023-24 Dallas Cowboys team is great. They have a solid overall roster and their defense is one of the best in the league. So far this season, the Cowboys hold a record of 7-3 and are on course to play in the playoffs this season. Die-hard Cowboys fan and FOX Sports analyst, Skip Bayless, believes that this Cowboys team is the ‘best’ team since 1995.

Bayless said on his show, Undisputed:

I’m going on my eye test. I’m going on my gut feel. Maybe a little bit I’m going with my heart here. My eye test is screaming in my subconscious, this team is really good. This team is better than any team has been since Michael Irvin played for this team. This is the best Cowboys team since 1995.

He further continued:

The Cowboys are 2nd in the NFL in scoring to the [Miami] Dolphins and they keep closing the gap week after week. It’s starting to feel like the Dak [Prescott] and Mac [Mike McCarthy] attack. I’m seeing what I feel like is the new Dak Prescott. A more comfortable and confident Dak Prescott.

The Cowboys have won their last two games against the New York Giants and the Carolina Panthers. They almost pulled off an impressive win against the Philadelphia Eagles in their week 9 matchup. They will now host the Washington Commanders on Thanksgiving.

Dallas Cowboys have a record of 3-3 under Dak Prescott on Thanksgiving day

The Dallas Cowboys will continue their tradition of playing on Thanksgiving this season, as they face the Washington Commanders at home on Thursday. This will be their QB Dak Prescott‘s seventh Thanksgiving game. He has a record of 3-3 so far in these games.
