Billionaire couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z still consider their Bel-Air mansion their home because it is close to their three children’s schools. While Malibu will be their weekend home until the couple moves there full time, according to TMZ.

Developed by Dean McKillen, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s luxurious modern Bel-Air mansion is made up of six different structures. The villa features four outdoor swimming pools, a spa, wellness center, media room, multiple outdoor entertainment areas, a 15-car garage, a full-sized basketball court and staff quarters.

A few days ago, Jay-Z and Beyoncé spent 200 million USD (more than 4.6 trillion VND) to own a super villa in California (USA). This is the most expensive home ever sold in the state. According to TMZ, Jay-Z and his wife’s new $200 million property is located in the wealthy Malibu area. The property is over 2,787 square meters designed by Tadao Ando – a Japanese architect.

Initially, the real estate was listed for $295 million, but later, rapper Jay-Z and his wife only spent $200 million to become its new owners.

“This transfer is the most expensive in California and the second most expensive in the country. An apartment in New York was once sold for up to 238 million USD ,” TMZ wrote.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s L-shaped residence features vast concrete hallways as well as floor-to-ceiling glass panels. The spacious backyard has a swimming pool and ends with a cliff overlooking the beach.
