Beyoncé’s collection is sold out, expected to “blow away” more than 4700 billion in Adidas revenue

While fans are eagerly hunting for tickets for Beyoncé’s world tour, the female singer is having a headache with the poor sales of fashion brand Ivy Park.

Founded in 2016, singer Beyoncé’s Ivy Park street fashion brand in collaboration with Adidas continuously records alarming sales revenue. In 2022, sales of Ivy Park’s collections will decrease by 50% to only $40 million, much lower than Adidas’ expected revenue of $250 million. While reports show that this streetwear collection will cost Adidas $200 million in annual revenue projections, Beyoncé still receives $20 million in this partnership.

The contract between Beyoncé and Adidas will end at the end of 2023. While Adidas senior officials have yet to make a decision on the future of Ivy Park, the famous sportswear brand announced their collaboration and Beyoncé remain “very strong and successful”, and refused to answer about the decline in sales over the past year.

In another development, the 2023 Grammy Awards just ended with the golden trumpet for Album of the Year going to male singer Harry Styles. Fans of the Halo singer were of course dissatisfied with this result and accused Grammy of rigging the results by letting Beyoncé lose for the 4th time in a row in the most important category. Fans believe that “Queen Bee” clearly stands out more and that the album Renaissanc e losing is unacceptable.

Even though she has 32 Grammy awards, fans still have constant expectations for the female singer.

However, in terms of commercial success and record sales, Beyoncé actually took a step backward in 2022. Despite receiving countless compliments, the album Renaissance was still named as one of the slow-selling albums . highest, even 60% lower than Lemonade launched in 2016.
