Claiming to communicate with Kim Kardashian telepathically, the man received a 5-year ban

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian claims to have never met Andre Persaud and is concerned he will become violent as he is believed to be armed.

According to TMZ, Andre Persaud was banned from contacting Kim Kardashian and staying 100 meters away from her after he went to her house at least three times in August. The ban will remain in effect for the next 5 years from the date it was issued on last Monday.

Sources said, Kim Kardashian claimed to have never met Andre and was worried he would become violent after allegedly being armed. Persaud is also accused of posting about the reality TV star on social media saying he could communicate with Kim telepathically. The restraining order also stipulates that Persaud must not own or possess firearms. Persaud must surrender any weapons he already has to law enforcement.
