The 30,000 square foot villa was designed by Japanese master architect Tadao Ando. This is also the person who also created Kanye West’s $57.3 million mansion that he bought during his divorce with Kim Kardashian.

According to some sources, this villa is actually listed for $295 million. This investment is also said to be the second most expensive real estate deal in the US. Previously, an apartment in New York City was sold for $238 million.

“Beyoncé now actually owns a house shaped like her favorite number and is the most expensive house ever sold,” one fan commented.
