Nick Cannon revealed that he suffers from insecurity and body image issues that have impacted his sex life during during Wednesday’s episode of his eponymous talk show.

Tthe 41-year-old host asked his panel guests including Jersey Shore’s Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino, Marriage Boot Camp star Dr. Ish Major, comedians Chris DeStefano and Rip Micheals, if they have any insecurities in the bedroom.

‘I will tell you off top — I definitely have an insecurity when it comes to being intimate,’ Nick admitted.

He continued, ‘I’ve been skinny all my life, therefore I never liked to be completely naked,’ said the ex-husband of Mariah Carey.

‘It’s usually like, I hide under the covers. As much as I boast about being in shape.’

When Micheals explained that he also experiences insecurity during intimate moments, Nick said, ‘Women don’t think about that. That’s when we are at our most vulnerable, when we are making love.

‘When we are tapping into our sensibilities of sensuality and spirituality. That’s when we are our most open.’

The San Diego native revamped his fitness and diet regimen after being diagnosed with lupus in 2012.

In 2018, he told GQ that his workout routine includes martial arts, core training, weight-lifting, kickboxing, boxing and push-ups.

The Gigolo singer said he eats a clean diet and avoids pork and processed foods.

Nick hosts a segment on his show titled Get Fit With Nick in which he interviews health and fitness experts and showcases his routine.

The Masked Singer host also frequently documents his workouts on his Instagram page.

In October 2021, the rapper said he planned to abstain from sex until 2022.

‘I’m going to try to be celibate until 2022,’ he said on an episode of his show. ‘We’re going to see if we can make it to the end of the year.

‘Somebody said, “You should go longer.” Take your time! We’ll get to the end of the year, then we’ll talk about 2022.’

Nick continued, ‘But I’m going to take my time [with] quality relationships, high frequencies, so much so that we created the celibacy celebration clock y’all.’

The Wild N’ Out alum then displayed a countdown clock, saying, ‘That’s 86 days, 2,064 hours. Wow, that’s 120,840 minutes. That’s 7,430,400 seconds. It’s getting hot in here, y’all.’

Nick has fathered seven children. He shares 10-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, with ex-wife Carey.

In December 2020, he welcomed daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Belland, who is also the mother of his four-year-old son Golden.

Last June, Nick welcomed three children by two different woman.

His ex Abby de la Rosa gave birth to boys Zion and Zillion and his son Zen was born a week later. Zen tragically passed away in December due to a rare form of brain cancer.
