But for spectator and former ball player Alex Rodriguez that was no easy task considering he brought Jennifer Lopez as his date to a college basketball game in Miami on Monday.

The retired shortstop was seen sitting courtside with his glamorous girlfriend at the game between Duke Blue Devils and Miami Hurricanes.

Earlier that day they were spotted grabbing lunch at a restaurant in the Florida city.

They were joined by J Lo’s twins Max and Emme, nine, and several friends for food and conversation.

Afterwards Max showed mom something on a stickered laptop.

Jennifer and Alex, who began dating in February 2017, are just shy of their one year anniversary.

She also turned heads during her high-profile relationships with rapper Sean P Diddy Combs and actor Ben Affleck.
