JENNIFER Lopez showed off her six-pack abs after challenging fiance Alex Rodriguez to a dance off – and he nails the moves.

The singer, 50, displayed her trademark dance moves as she moved to her song, Dance Again.

However, ARod proved he’d picked up a thing or two from JLo, by matching her moves perfectly.

JLo wore a white gym crop top with tracksuit bottoms, while the former baseball player donned a fleece over a T-shirt.

Jennifer captioned the video: “How could I not challenge @arod to the #WorldOfDanceAgain Challenge 😂😂😂. Machos got moves!!!! 💋💯👏🏽 You wont want to miss tonight’s episode of @nbcworldofdance because he may just steal the show. ♥️ #worldofdance.”
