According to what an insider shared with OK Magazine, the Matrix actor has been a “lifesaver” for his Speed co-star. Ever since Randall passed away in August 2023 after a 3-year-long battle with ALS, Reeves has “not only been a shoulder to cry on but has also been there to lift her spirits, make her laugh, and see a brighter future ahead.”

Previously, a source reported to OK Magazine that Bullock is “not done healing,” but at the same time, “she’s ready to move on.” However, moving on isn’t that easy, and as the source said:

“Sandra wants to let go of the pain and allow herself to love again,” the source admitted, noting, “but she’s had a hard time convincing herself she’ll ever find anyone else.”

Yet, these recent reports have further brought about the news that Sandra Bullock is hopeful for “another relationship in her future.” And the reason behind this is none other than her close pal Reeves, who finally found love again with Alexandra Grant after years of mourning the loss of his own loved ones.

But little did they know that they were to be separated once again, though this time, it was for forever since Syme passed away in a car accident in 2001. All of this inevitably left a massive hole in the Constantine star’s heart.
