Miley Cyrus hit us with back-to-back red carpet appearances this week. After going to the Grammys on Sunday, the singer attended the L.A. premiere for Isn’t It Romantic, her husband Liam Hemsworth’s new movie, last night. However, her hubby was missing from the event.
Cyrus explained Hemsworth’s absence on Instagram: “He unfortunately wasn’t able to attend due to health reasons… but he is recovering and taking this time to rest / heal. It’s hard for entertainers to put themselves before the project but this time it was crucial.”

Attending in her spouse’s place, Miley stunned in a sheer red Valentino gown from the brand’s Pre-Fall 2019 collection.
The look was equal parts fiery and elegant, with ruffles cascading down the front and a cape trailing in the back, but the see-through element was a wink to Miley’s signature risqué style.

Miley took the monochrome route with red heeled sandals and a rosy lip to match her frothy Valentino number.
She kept her hair up in a high ponytail, revealing several dainty silver jewelry lining her ears, including Adina’s Jewels safety pin earrings.

Miley also attended the Grammys without Hemsworth after he was reportedly hospitalized this weekend. However, the singer was happy to step in to promote her husband’s new film.
“I am proud to represent him and his incredible work,” Cyrus added on Instagram. “So happy to see him shining in this comedy! He is the funniest person I know , and the world now gets to see the Liam I wake up to every day…. luckiest 💋”
Liam appreciated the gesture. He responded with a sweet Instagram post of his own. “Sorry I couldn’t make it to the @isntitromantic premier tonight guys,” he wrote. “Been dealing with some pretty annoying health stuff the last couple days. Lucky I have the best girl in the world to represent for me! Thanks for the support babe! I hope everyone enjoys the movie! It’s a perfect Valentine’s Day flick so if ya ain’t got nothin better to do then go see it! Love to all!”
And as if that back-and-forth wasn’t enough to convince us that Miley and Liam are crazy about each other, the singer also posted a NSFW message to her hubby on Insta.
“Getting sick blows,” she captioned a photo of herself with a poster of Liam playing the saxophone. “But so do I. Get well soon babe. I love you. Play that sax you sexy fuck.
We can’t wait for these two to reunite on the red carpet.
