Fans think they’ve finally outed one of Kim’s plastic surgery secrets.

KIM Kardashian’s eagle-eyed fans are certain they’ve spotted signs of surgery in new photos.

The Hulu star posed at GQ’s Men of the Year event in Los Angeles last week, and inadvertently showed off what fans think is a surgery scar.

At the red carpet event, Kim, 43, wore a skintight dress with a chain halterneck, leaving her arms bare.

However, in some of the pics in which her arms were held away from her body, fans of the Kardashians noticed a dimpled spot beside her underarm.

On Reddit, one critic zoomed in on the post, and simply stated: “Lipo scar.”

Another person agreed: “That’s actually a strong one. Looks like it’s been used multiple times. Not a nurse but have worked in a medical clinic before. Anyone else?

“Edit: also had lipo around my double chin in my kid twenties. The scars were tiny and now invisible. I can only imagine that scar being done from several rounds. Don’t they have better sculpting tools now?”

Fans aren’t the only ones to spot signs of surgery; last year, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett told The U.S. Sun he thought Kim may have spent up to $170,000 on surgery.

The doctor claimed that Kim likely went under multiple different procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift, nose job, b–b job, and – as fans claim – liposuction.

However, the doctor added that he’s “definitely a fan of the work she’s had done.”

He stated: “She looks beautiful and has aged nicely. She’s appeared to reduce the BBL procedure and gone for a more natural and sophisticated result, which looks amazing.”

BODY BEAUTIFUL

This isn’t the first time Kim’s fans have accused her of trying to hide secret procedures.

In August, Kim shared multiple Instagram Stories explaining she had broken her shoulder and torn her tendon after she was seen heading into a plastic surgeon’s office.

However, some fans think the shoulder incident may have been an excuse, and that the reality star may have undergone plastic surgery.

Taking to Reddit, one user shared some paparazzi pics of Kim from the summer, and others quickly sounded off in the comments.

“Why are Kim’s b–bs b–bing so boobilly,” one user asked, while another replied: “Bc she ‘broke her shoulder’ around the same time she was spotted at the surgeon’s office.”

A second wrote: “New b–bs, who dis. I mean shoulder.”

“It looks like she upsized the implants,” a third said.

FACE IT

Last year, Kim revealed that she still got Botox despite vowing never to have it again.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum first had the injections when she was 29 years old back in 2010, and swore off the procedure after her skin had a nasty reaction to it.

However, many fans speculated that the mother of four’s enhancements go beyond Botox alone, and begged Kim to stop “changing” her face.

Earlier this year, Kim stepped out at a Dolce & Gabbana event wearing a tiny sparkly red bra top and matching skirt that reached her ankles.
Close-ups from the star-studded event showed Kim seemingly sporting a slimmer nose, and fuller cheeks and lips.

One person pleaded: “Kim you are beautiful! Please stop doing stuff to your face! It’s done. It’s only gonna get worse from here. Wait ’til you’re 60 and maybe get a life like the rest of us.”
