Jennifer Aniston fans praise star’s ‘strong’ body as she works out her core in skintight leggings and sports bra

JENNIFER Aniston has fans raving over her incredibly toned figure after seeing her core strength during an intense workout.

The Morning Show star was recently featured in a new video by Well+Good, where she was seen doing a set of difficult exercises.

Jennifer, 55, put her body on full display while wearing a black sports bra and matching skintight leggings.

Her tanned and toned midsection showed clear muscle definition as the Friends star performed slow movements on a mat.

Jen also incorporated a kettlebell into the workout as she continued doing squats, leg lifts, and other floor exercises that focused on her core.

The Hollywood actress looked focused in the clip at some points, while still letting her goofy side show in others.

She also had her highlighted hair styled half up, half down for the workout.

“What strength ‘from the inside out’ means to @jenniferaniston is not just focusing on superficial muscles like the six pack, but instead working more internal layers of muscles, like the deep core,” the brand wrote in its caption.

They added a link to an article by Jennifer describing the muscles she works to make herself feel “strong from the inside out.”

Fans applauded the star’s body in the comments section, with one writing, “She has a banging body—I’m listening.”

On keeping her impressive figure, Jennifer told the outlet that she starts each and every day with a workout.

She opts for the low-impact workout method Pvolve, which Jen has been a brand ambassador of over the past year.

“This is the longest I’ve been injury free, which is a big one for me,” she said. “It has strengthened my body from the inside out.”

“It’s like the deep muscles that you didn’t even know were there,” she added.

Throughout the years, Jennifer has been transparent about how her active lifestyle helps her maintain her impressive figure.

In October 2023, Jennifer told CR Fashion Book that she keeps her killer figure by staying hydrated and eating very little sugar.

“I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can,” she said.

Last week, the actress shocked fans with a gym selfie that was uploaded in a recent Instagram photo dump.

She posed in a pair of black leggings and a cropped black tank, flaunting her defined abs and arms once more.

Jennifer had one hand behind her head and popped one foot out after seemingly just finishing up a workout.

ODE TO THE PAST

Along with being an ambassador for Pvolve, the Murder Mystery star also owns her hair product company, LolaVie.

On Thursday, the actress went braless in a revealing white top for the company’s newest ad, giving an ode to a memorable moment on Friends.

She appeared in an Instagram promotional video, where she explained a slew of their products to her fans while wearing the see-through, long-sleeved top.

Jen also made a reference to her iconic role as Rachel on Friends in another recent promo video for LolaVie.

To announce that her company had partnered with Uber Eats, Jennifer mocked the famous haircut rocked by her character on the sitcom.

The video had Jennifer flaunting her figure in a strapless leather dress while backstage in a dressing room, joking around with a woman who had just received the notorious haircut.
