During her interview, the Hollywood beauty recalled a mortifying wardrobe malfunction the first time she met Francis Ford Coppola.

‘I was in Paris for the first time… for movies and froufroufrou,’ she told host Jimmy Fallon. ‘And I was in one of those cool Tom Ford dresses with the zip.’
The Oscar-winning actress then described summoning the courage to introduce herself to The Godfather creator and everyone else at his ‘gigantic’ dinner table.
‘It was in a restaurant… I noticed that I was barefoot, and I was like, “Ahh, they probably won’t notice,” she said as she recalled walking around the table, shaking hands with everyone, and saying her name.
‘No one knew who I was,’ she went on to explain. ‘Then I went back to my table and my entire dress was unzipped and my thong was out, so I was barefoot and my whole ass was out.’

Earlier in the show,, she admitted mistaking a woman for deceased actress Elizabeth Taylor at an awards party for the Silver Linings Playbook movie in 2012.
‘I was just in the corner, drinking champagne like ‘ugggg’,’ she gestured.‘In my head,, I was like, “you’re Elizabeth Taylor”.’
In Lawrence’s booze-fueled confusion,, she began to crudely compliment the woman for Taylor’s accomplishments.
‘I was like, your movies, that I can’t name, and your fashion moments, that I don’t know, I was like,, ‘’you’re unbelievable’’,’ she admitted with a grimace.
‘Then my friend walked by and I was like, ‘this is Elizabeth Taylor’ and she was like, ‘No, it’s not’,’ she tittered. ‘Then I just took off running; I just sprinted, and my shoes fell off, and I hid behind this wall’.
Lawrence then further explained: ‘I always talk so fast because of my brothers, they’re always like “Finish; nobody wants to hear you talk”.’

The Oscar winner is currently promoting two movies: Mockingjay Part 2, the final in the Hunger Games saga, and Joy with Robert De Niro.
After her famed tumble at the Oscars, Jennifer revealed that she is still rather clumsy on her feet.
‘I fell in every single city on the press tour; I fell around the world,’ she sighed.‘It actually makes me quite mad when it happens.’
When asked if she spends time with her Hunger Games co-stars off set,, she said: ‘We’re not saying goodbye; we are so codependent.’
Adding: ‘We have a relationship that a therapist would probably say is unhealthy because they are jealous’.
