Jennifer Lawrence embraced a laid-back summer vibe during a leisurely family walk with her 2-year-old son Cy and her husband, Cooke Maroney, in New York City earlier this week. Catching rays in style, the fashionable Oscar winner, 33, strolled through the streets of the Big Apple wearing a charming short-sleeved white shirt adorned with a Mickey Mouse graphic, paired with a black miniskirt that skimmed her thighs.

Lawrence’s ensemble was completed with white ankle socks and black loafers. The No Hard Feelings star carried a leopard-print purse and had a denim jacket casually draped over her left arm. Opting for a simple yet chic look, her blonde hair was parted in the center and tied back into a low ponytail.

Paparazzi-snapped photos obtained by The Daily Mail also revealed her accessorizing with a sparkling gold chain necklace and stylish round sunglasses to protect her eyes from the summer glare. Her art dealer husband, Maroney, 39, walked beside her, pushing a small toddler tricycle.

Jennifer Lawrence Continues Her Chic Summer Style Streak During Family Outing In NYC

The Hunger Games alum and art gallery director tied the knot in 2019. The couple welcomed their son Cy in February 2022. Soon after, Lawrence sat down with Vogue and said: “It’s so scary to talk about motherhood. Only because it’s so different for everybody.”

The Silver Linings Playbook actress added: “If I say, ‘It was amazing from the start,’ some people will think, ‘It wasn’t amazing for me at first,’ and feel bad. Fortunately I have so many girlfriends who were honest, who were like, ‘it’s scary. You might not connect right away. You might not fall in love right away.’ So I felt so prepared to be forgiving.”

Lawrence continued: “The morning after I gave birth, I felt like my whole life had started over. Like, now is day one of my life. I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all babies everywhere. Newborns are just so amazing.’ They’re these pink, swollen, fragile little survivors. Now I love all babies. Now I hear a baby crying in a restaurant and I’m like, ‘Awwww, precious.'”

The mom of one also praised her husband Maroney while chatting with Cameron Diaz for a June 2023 Interview Magazine discussion. The Don’t Look Up Star gushed: “Fortunately my husband is the greatest father in the entire world, so when I’m working, I don’t have any more guilt than the usual every day, all-day parent guilt.”
